James Vernon Blythe

James Vernon Blythe, 73, of Paducah, died Friday morning, January 13th, 2017 at Lourdes Hospital of Paducah. James was a retired plumber and of the Baptist faith.

James is survived by his wife of 53 years, Marsha; two sons, Kip Bradley Blythe and Andrew Turner, both of Paducah; one brother, Lars Blythe of Paducah; three grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lars and Audie Summers Blythe.

Friends may visit the family on Tuesday, January 17th, 2017 at Lindsey Funeral Home from 11am until 1pm. Funeral service will follow at 1pm with the Rev. Topper Council                  officiating. Cremation will follow service.
