Joan M. Ostrom, 84, of Paducah died on Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at the Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center.
Mrs. Ostrom was a homemaker.
Surviving is her daughter, Pamela Irvine of Clifton Forge, VA.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Payne and Rachel Switzer Payne.
She will be cremated per her wishes.
