Josephine (Howard) Waid

Josephine Waid, 72, of Paducah died on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah.

Mrs. Waid formerly worked as the dietary manager at Medco in Paducah and was of the Baptist faith.

Surviving are three sons, James Waid of Paducah, Terry Waid of Metropolis, Andy Waid of Paducah; one brother, Buford Howard of Paducah; one sister, Ida Austin of Paducah; and several grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Marion Waid; and one brother. Her parents were James Howard and Pearl Howard.

Funeral service will be at 1:00pm on Monday, December 4, 2017 at Lindsey Funeral Home with the Rev. Mark Russell officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.

Friends may visit the family from 11:00am to service hour on Monday at the funeral home.
