Louise Ellis (Sherrell) King Kressler

Louise King Kressler, 89, of Paducah passed away on Thursday, February 15, 2018 at the Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah.

Louise was a retired pharmacy technician and of the Baptist faith. She was an animal lover and fan of UK basketball.

Surviving are her two children from her first marriage to Raymond King, Jenny King of Paducah and Dwayne King of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; one niece, Diane Bearden and one nephew, Will Bearden.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Kressler; one sister, Viola Bearden; and one nephew, Eddie Bearden. Her parents were B.E. Sherrell and Eva Long Sherrell.

Funeral service will be at 1:00pm on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at Lindsey Funeral Home with the Rev. Richard Beck officiating.

Friends may visit the family from 11:00am to service hour on Wednesday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made in her honor to St. Jude’s Children Research Hospital at 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
