Norma Louise (Merideth) Walden

Norma Walden, 88 of Paducah passed away Thursday 3:10

She was retired from Cole Lumber Company as a secretary.  She graduated from Heath High School in 1946.  She also worked for Riverside Packing Co., Hannan Supply and Graves Electric prior to Cole Electric and Cole Lumber.  After retiring she enjoyed traveling with her family and friends.  She was member of Paducah First Baptist Church.

She is survived by one daughter, Rose Burton of Paducah.  One granddaughter, Heather Yates of Paducah.  Three step children; Phyllis Williams, of Franklin, TN.; Carroll Walden of Paducah and Karen Jewell of Lexington, KY.  And several step grandsons

She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Dora Merideth and infant brother, James Merideth.  Her first husband Neal G. Burton and fourth husband Cletus Walden; son-in-law, Roald Yates

Funeral services will be Mon, 1 p.m. Lindsey funeral Home with Rev. Tommy Tucker officiating.  Burial in Maplelawn Park Cemetery.  Friend may visit from 11 am, until 1.  Lindsey Funeral Home in charge of all arrangements.  On-line condolences may be left at www.lindseyfuneral.com
