Ted Hite, 79, of Kevil passed away on Thursday, October 19, 2017 at his residence.
Mr. Hite was a retired radio broadcaster, insurance agent, and U.S. Navy Veteran
Surviving are his wife, Shirley “Jean” Wray-Hite of Kevil; six children, Ted Hite Jr. of Caruthersville, MO, David Hite of Nashville, TN, Tina Serles of Paducah, Trena Vinyard of Harrisburg, IL, Terry Dorris of Lone Oak, and Carson “CJ” Hite of Kevil; ten grandchildren, Kylie Baker, Ben Graves, Micah Serles, Alexandra Dorris, Lauren Dorris, Madison Dorris, Anika Hite, Maria Hite, Sabrina Hite, and Rachael Trotter; and several great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Prentiss Hite and Inez Jones-Hite.
No services will be held per his wishes.
