Virginia Faye (Cissell) Burns

Virginia Cissell Burns, 80, of Metropolis, died Saturday, October 8th, 2016 at her home. Mrs. Burns was a retired registered nurse from Western Baptist Hospital of Paducah.
She is survived by three children, Sarah (Ron) Pitts of Vienna, IL., Mark (Sarah) Duley of Metropolis, IL., and Mike Duley of McLean, Va.; five grandchildren; one sister, Natalie (Paul) Steele of Sebring FL.; two brothers, Homer (Bonnie) Cissell Jr. of Cobden, and Richard (Cindy) Cissell of Metropolis, IL.; and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Burns was preceded in death by her husband, Rue Burns; and her parents, Homer and Verla Clayton Cissell.
Family services will be held at a later date.
