Bobby Joe Whitis

Bobby Joe Whitis, 47, of Graves County formerly of Paducah passed away on Monday, August 12, 2019 at the Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah.

Mr. Whitis formerly worked in the construction industry and was of the Baptist faith.

Surviving are his three children, Hailey Whitis, Connor Whitis, and Easton Whitis all of Jonesboro, IL; three siblings, Gwen Whitis, Jimm Whitis, and Judy Whitis; three nieces, Heather Langston, Amanda Robbins, and Tracy Guthrie.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Joyce Whitis; two sisters, Katie Vinson and Debbie Blake; and one nephew, Clinton Vinson.

He will be cremated, and the family will host a memorial service at a later date.
