Charles E. Edwards Jr., 78, of Joppa, IL., died Sunday, December 9th, 2018 at Massac Memorial Hospital in Metropolis, IL.

Charles was a retired construction worker.

Charles is survived by one son, Charles E. Edwards III of Joppa; six siblings, Robert Edwards, Joe Edwards, Donna Orock, Carol Manley, Debbie Edwards, and Tootsie Edwards, all of Mansfield, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles E. Edwards Sr. and Evelyn Gilbert Edwards; two spouse’s, Judith Dillon Edwards, and Sandra Hoover Edwards; one daughter, Sharol Ann Edwards; and two sisters, Marlene Earnsburger and Norma Chance.

No services will be held at this time.
