Darlene Suzanne (Owens) Johnson

Darlene “Dandi” Johnson, 62, of Kevil passed away on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN.

Mrs. Johnson was a retired office manager from the medical field and a member of Christ Community Church. She enjoyed writing and singing.

Surviving is her husband of 41 years, Jimmie Randall Johnson Sr. of Kevil; four children, Joseph E. Johnson of Kevil, Dwight E. Pepper Jr. of Bloomington, IN; Jimmie R. Johnson Jr. Huntsville, AL, Lisa Michelle Johnson of Birmingham, AL; one brother, Bo Owens of Murfreesboro, TN; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Naomi Owens; and two sisters, Linda Branum and Libby Simmons.

She will be cremated per her wishes and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
