Jim Green

Jim Green, 74 of Gilbertsville, passed away Saturday, June 22 at Mercy Health in Paducah.

Jim was a mechanic and the owner of KY Bait and Tackle. He was also a member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks.

Surviving Mr. Green is his wife, Ruth Green of Gilbertsville; one son, James Robert Green of Benton, KY; one granddaughter, Jenna M. Green of Benton, KY; and one sister, Bobbye Davis of Gilbertsville.

Jim is preceded in death by his parents, Robert Clyde and Edna Sue (Fonville) Green and one daughter, Michelle Green.

Per his wishes, Jim will be cremated and with no services to follow. Memorial contributions may be made in his honor to the American Diabetes Association located at 10820 Sunset Office Drive, Suite 220, St. Louis, MO 63127.
