Karen Rhea (Mayo) McIntosh

Karen Rhea McIntosh, 57, of Paducah passed away on Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at the Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah.

Ms. McIntosh was a former waitress and caregiver. She was also a member of Southland Baptist Temple.

Surviving are two sons, James Aaron McIntosh and Anthony (Jeri) McIntosh both of Paducah; two brothers, Mark Mayo and Kelly Mayo both of Paducah; and two grandsons, Aden McIntosh and Maddox McIntosh both of Paducah.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Teddy Mayo; and one sister, Sharon Hayden. Her parents were Wiley Rhea Mayo and Joyce Purvis Mayo.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.
