Thomas Reed Madison

Thomas “T.R.” Madison, 96, of Reidland died on Thursday, November 1, 2018 at his residence.

Mr. Madison was a retired engineer from the Kentucky Department of Transportation, a member of Salt & Light Community Church, and a U.S. Army Veteran of World War II.

Surviving is his wife, Carole Madison of Reidland; four sons, Thomas R. Madison Jr. of Tiger, GA, David N. Madison of Benton, Timothy E. Madison of Houston, Brian Keith McDaniel of Ledbetter; one sister, Lela Mitchell of Versailles; seven grandsons; one granddaughter; and eight great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Edward and Nell Reed Madison; one daughter, Brenda Sue Madison; and one son, Mark Van Madison.

Funeral service will be at 7:00pm on Sunday, November 4, 2018 at Lindsey Funeral Home with the Rev. Jim Glover officiating.

Friends may visit the family from 5:00pm to service hour on Sunday at the funeral home.

Graveside services will be at 12:00pm on Monday, November 5, 2018 at the West Kentucky Veterans Cemetery in Hopkinsville, KY. Friends are asked to meet at the cemetery.
