Charles Holley Sr.

Charles Louis Holley Sr., 96, of Metropolis, died Monday, February 20, 2023 at Metropolis Nursing and Rehab.

Charles retired from the Illinois Secretary of State's office and is a member of the Metropolis Church of Christ.

Charles is survived by his wife, Lilly Holley; four sons, Charles Holley Jr., Danny Holley, Donny Holley, and O.D. Holley; eight grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, and several nieces and nephews.

Preceding Charles in death are his parents, Nalda and Pearl Holley, and two siblings.

No services are scheduled for Charles at this time.
