David L. Myre Sr.

David L. Myre Sr., 65, of Paducah passed away on Tuesday, July 2, 2024, at Baptist Health Paducah. 

David retired from Applied Industrial Technologies after 30 years. He enjoyed playing guitars. He was an avid UK and St. Louis Cardinal fan. 

Surviving is his wife of 43 years, Crystal Myre of Paducah; one son, David (Gwendolyn) Myre Jr. of Paducah; three siblings, Jerry Lynn Myre of Livingston County, JoAnn (Gary) Downs of West Paducah, June Richardson of Paducah; and two grandchildren, Hunter Powell and Jace Alexander. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Virgil and Eulala Myre; and one brother, Terry Wayne Myre. 

He will be cremated an no services are scheduled this time.
