Dita Campbell

Dita A. Campbell, 90, of Vienna, passed away Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at Union County Hospital in Anna, Illinois.

Dita was a registered nurse and lifelong caregiver before she retired from Hamilton Memorial Nursing home in McLeansboro, Illinois. She was an animal lover and advocate and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. Dita was of the Presbyterian faith.

Dita is survived by two children, Anita (Jeffory) Jennings and Rick Campbell; four grandchildren, Tory Theobald, Sierra (Mike) Murphy, Kathryn Campbell, and Erika Butler; and five great grandchildren, Morgan, Karcher, Liam, Madelyn, and Logan.

Preceding Dita in death is her husband, Richard D. Campbell; and her parents, Joe and Blanche Adams.

Per her wishes, she will be cremated and no service will be scheduled.

Lindsey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
