Elias López, 78, of West Paducah, died July 17, 2010 at Lourdes Hospital.
A native of Sucre, Bolivia, he was a retired tool design engineer for Rohr Industries in Riverside, CA and was of the Catholic faith.
He is survived by his wife, Lilia Ana López; 2 daughters, Nancy Tyacke of Hemet, CA and Isabel Graczyk of San Marcos, CA; 2 sons, Alvaro López of Riverside, CA and Fernando López of San Diego, CA; 2 sisters, Luz López Vda. de Ruiz and Olga López Aguirre, both of Cochabamba, Bolivia; and 3 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Manuel and Isabel Viaña López.
Memorial services will be 1:30pm (PST) Thursday at St. Mark's Roman Catholic Church in San Marcos, CA.
