Jackie Marshall, 57 years old, passed away on August 23, 2023, at 2:12 pm, at her home in West Paducah, Kentucky. She was surrounded by her family and friends who loved her dearly. She was born on August 29, 1965, in Ontario, Canada.

Jackie was loved by many. She was kind and giving. She never met a stranger. She was an awesome cook. She worked for many years alongside Danny and the River City Rib Ticklers at Barbeque on the River. She was an animal lover who was constantly taking in rescue cats and kittens. She was soft spoken and had an amazing laugh. She loved camping, boating and being at the lake with Danny. She enjoyed spending time with all her lake friends. She was a member of the Paducah Loyal Order of Moose where she worked and enjoyed cooking Christmas dinner for all the members.

She is survived by her fiancé, Danny Wood, his brothers, Bobby (Marsha) Wood, Randy Wood, and his sister Tracy (Wayne) Sommer. She is also survived by her sister, Kim (Tommy) Casse, nieces Danielle Everage (Travis) and Samantha Schroeder, nephew Gary (Carly) Casse, great niece Annalee Everage and great nephew Benjamin Everage, as well as her closest friends Kelly Ray and Christy Summers, and countless other friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Dwight Marshall, her mother, Carol Anne Marshall, and her sister, Maria Kathleen (Katie) Marshall.

The family would also like to express our deepest gratitude to Mercy Health Hospice for the excellent care and kindness they provided to Jackie, especially Jennifer, Teresa and Becky.

There will be no visitation or service. A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
