Jeffrey “Todd” Burrows, 58, of Paducah, passed away on Saturday afternoon, July 6th, 2024 at Home in Paducah. Jeffrey was a 2 time classic champion in fishing. He very much enjoyed his gardening and golfing as well. 

Jeffrey is survived by his faithful wife and companion of 37 years, JoAnn; two children, Chelsea Burrows and Tony Vasquez of Paducah, and Ginny Burrows and Madison Gibson of Paducah; two brothers, Timothy Burrows of Brookport, and Chad (Amanda) Burrows of Georgetown, Ky.; grandchildren, Madisyn Burrows And Quentin Buchanan of Paducah, Kasen Vinyard, Kaylee Burrows, Keityn Vinyard, Eli Burrows, Nolan Burrows, Noah Burrows, and Zaylee Pearson; Nieces & Nephews, Mistin O ‘Daniel, Dustin Grey, Lilah Burrows, Aubrey Burrows, Lee Proffer & Kailey Hobby, Grant Crittenden, Linzee Mills, and Brandon Garland & Katie Kent; and special friends, Kenneth Jett and Atavia Johnson and son Kylar Woods.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Burrows and Barbara Wright Burrows; one brother, David Burrows; and grandparents, Juanita & Arthur “Doc” Burrows and Wanetta & Verlie Wright.

Friends may visit the family on Thursday, July 11th, 2024 at Lindsey Funeral Home from 6pm until 8pm. The family would like contributions be made in his honor to the Epilepsy Foundation, 3540 Crain Highway, Suite 675, Bowie, MD. 20716.
