Margie (Copeland) Harris

Margie Harris, 82, of Paducah passed away on Monday, January 2, 2023, at her home.

Margie was retired from Kmart. She enjoyed doing word searches and playing bingo.

Surviving is her daughter, Debra Shockley of Paducah; one brother, Donald Copeland of Paducah; one granddaughter, Nikki (Matt) Winters of Paducah; two great-grandchildren, Kinsley Winters and Kallan Winters both of Paducah; one very special nephew, Eddie Harris; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 25 years, David Harris; her parents, Hardin and Christine Copeland; and three sisters, Nellie Franklin, Sue Pittman, and Jenny Milam.

Funeral services will be at 12:00pm on Thursday, January 5, 2022, at Lindsey Funeral Home with the Rev. Jeff Russell officiating. Burial will follow at Brook Hill Cemetery.

Friends may visit the family from 10:00am to service hour on Thursday at the funeral home.
