Stevan Wilburn

Stevan “Kuntry” Wilburn, 43, of Benton, passed away Friday, March 15, 2024 in Calvert City, Kentucky.

Stevan worked on the river on a salvage ship. He loved to listen to music and collect baseball cards in his free time. One of his prized possessions was his WWF wrestling belt.

Stevan is survived by two children, Layla Briles of Battle Ground, IN and Devin Wilburn of Benton, KY; his mom and stepdad, Marlene Patrick and Gene Odom of Benton, KY; one granddaughter, Hallie Oilar of Battle Ground, IN; two sisters, Crissy Hammer of Benton, KY and Hope (Adam) Ludwick of Statesboro, GA; six nephews, Cody Richardson, Chad Hammer, Kevin Hammer, Kurt Hammer, Jacob Barton, and Josh Barton; one niece, Amelia Ludwick; and several other nephews.

Preceding Stevan in death is his father, Harold Wilburn, and one brother, Sam Wilburn.

Per Stevan’s wishes, he will be cremated and no services will be held.

Lindsey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
