William "Bill" Allen

William “Bill” Allen, 83, of Paducah died on Friday October 3, 2014 at Lakeway Nursing and Rehab in Benton.

Mr. Allen was a retired car dealer.

Surviving are his wife, Myrtie Allen of Paducah; one son, John Allen of Benton; one daughter, Melinda Franklin of Benton; one sister, Helen Frazier of Indianapolis, IN; three grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Allen and Molly Kanady; four brothers; and one sister.

Graveside services will be at 1:00pm on Wednesday at the New Hope Cemetery in Paducah with the Rev. Doug Hughes officiating.

Lindsey Funeral Home of Paducah is in charge of arrangements.
