Obituary
Camilla “Kim” Hougland, 82, of Paducah, went home to be with the Lord on Monday March 13, 2023 at the Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah.
Kim was a retired floral designer and a member of Fountain Avenue United Methodist Church.
Kim is survived by her three children, Deborah (Steve) Bohnert of St. Louis, Missouri, Jim (Linda) Smith of Paducah, and Camilla (Bethel) Stacy of St. Petersburg, Florida; six grandchildren, Camilla Lunn, Corey Bohnert, Scott Smith, Rachel Morris, Miranda Cooper, and Ryan Driskill; one niece, and several nephews.
Preceding Kim in death are her parents, Robert Wayne Hougland and Camilla Brashear Shellman; stepfather Joe Shellman; one sister, Rebecca Brown; and one brother, Robert Hougland Jr.
There will be no visitation and a private memorial service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks to perform a random act of kindness for someone or make a donation to a charity of choice in Kim’s honor.
Lindsey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
