Charles Henry Quesnell, 73, of Kevil passed away Sunday morning, September 6th, 2020 at Stonecreek Health and Rehab Center of Paducah. Military rites will be done along with graveside services on Friday, September 25th, 2020 at Bethel Christian Church Cemetery on Woodville Rd. starting at 11am with Pastor Nate Hillebrand officiating. All friends are asked to gather at the cemetery. Arrangements are currently incomplete at Lindsey Funeral Home of Paducah.
