Jack Lewis Obituary

Jack S. Lewis, 75, of Calvert City, passed away Sunday, September 18th, 2022 at Lourdes Hospital of Paducah.

Jack was an Automobile Upholsterer in his career and served in the US Navy.

Jack is survived by two daughters, Teresa Casey of Calvert City, and Candy Lewis of DeKalb, IL.; two grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Olsen and Jean Hess Lewis; one brother and one sister.

No services will be held at this time.
