Obituary
Jimmy W. Brown, 64, of Mayfield passed away Friday morning, May 12th, 2023 at Lourdes Hospital of Paducah.
Jimmy was a retired Painter by trade but loved painting so much he found it hard to give up completely. Jimmy loved being around and spending time with his children and especially his grandchildren. Jimmy was the kind of person that made people feel good when you were around him. He loved his dog Lolipop as well. Jimmy also attended the 1st Baptist Church of Mayfield, Ky.
Jimmy is survived by five daughters, Mary Elizabeth Elkins of Memphis, TN., Kellie Young of Benton, Ky., Renea Hicks of Barlow, Ky., Teresa Benkhalfa of Memphis, TN., and Katilin Jones of Mayfield, Ky.; three siblings, Kelly Brown of Mayfield, Naomi Tullos of Alexandria, La., and Rebecca Boyd of Alexandria, La.; twelve grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents Bobby Wayne Brown and Lily Mae McCann Brown; and one sister, Jean Nichols.
Family services will be announced at a later date.
