Lori Renee Dublin, 55, died on Sunday, June 21, 2020 at Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield KY.
She was a certified medical aide in the health care industry.
She is survived by an aunt, Carol Dublin and two uncles; Marvin Dublin and Howard Jones, all of Mayfield and two siblings.
She was preceded in death by her parents Bobby Ray Dublin and Doris Evelyn Wallace.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
