Obituary
Pauline Mildred James, 95, of West Paducah passed away on Friday, May 5, 2023, at Gaither Suites in Paducah.
She worked as a cafeteria worker at Concord Elementary School till retirement. She was a member of Fountain Avenue Methodist Church. She enjoyed quilting and going to yard sales in her spare time. She loved spending time with her family.
Surviving is her daughter, Janet Jeffers; her son, John James; and three granddaughters, Jennifer (Terry) Hill, Jackie (Dennis) Osborne, JoAnna (Bryan) Owen.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph James; her parents, Columbus and Cora Crader; granddaughter, Jessica James; son, Joe (Judy) James; and her best friend, Louise Booher.
Funeral services will be at 1:00pm on Saturday at Lindsey Funeral Home with the Rev. Eddie Smith officiating. Burial will follow at McKendree Church Cemetery.
Friends may visit the family from 11:00am to service hour on Saturday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made in her honor to Mercy Health Lourdes Hospice.
