Ruby D. (Cook) Peppers

Ruby D. Peppers, 84, of Paducah, passed away on Sunday, January 2, 2022 at her residence surrounded by her loved ones.

Ruby was of the Christian faith. She enjoyed hummingbirds, lighthouses, bells, and bowling. She enjoyed spending time with her family and was the glue that held the family together.

Surviving is her husband, Robert Peppers of Paducah; four children, Donita Daugherty of Gastonia, NC, Deryl (Lisa) Peppers of Livingston County, KY, Greg Peppers of Paducah, and Danny (Sandra) Peppers of Paducah; four grandchildren, Jessie (Jordan) Manning of Mayfield, Josh (Cara) Peppers of Mayfield, Megan (Shawn) Williams of Mayfield, and Brandon Peppers of Paducah; one great-grandson, Cole Peppers of Mayfield; one brother, Billy Cook of Tacoma, WA; and several nieces and nephews.

Preceding Ruby in death are her parents, Robert and Goldie Cook; and one sister, Sheryl Andrews.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday , January 8, 2022 at Lindsey Funeral Home with the Rev. Jack Russell officiating. Cremation will follow.

Friends may visit the family from 11:00 am to service hour on Saturday at the Funeral home.
