Walter “Coy” Barton III, 55, of Boaz passed away Thursday, December 24, 2020 at Mercy Health in Paducah.

Walter was a self-employed carpenter.

Walter is survived by his wife, Debra Barton; three children, Amber Smith, Camry Tomes, and Morgan Cunningham; two step children, Brittany English and Travis Morehead; one brother, Christopher Barton; nine grandchildren, Aidan Smith, Jensen Smith, Camden Tomes, Kasen Barton, Nora Cunningham, Kylen Tomes, Zyia Morehead, Jon Jon Cunningham, and Amailia Morehead, Anna Holder and Jaxon English; and several nieces and nephews.

Preceding Walter in death are his parents, Walter II and Wanda Barton; and one brother, Richard Dean Barton.
